Paris
The Musée national Eugène Delacroix preserves the apartment and garden studio where the Romantic painter spent his final years, near the church of Saint-Sulpice. It holds paintings, drawings, and personal objects in intimate rooms. Delacroix moved here to be close to the murals he was painting in the church.
