Galleria Giorgio Franchetti alla Ca' d'Oro

The Ca' d'Oro, the most beautiful Gothic palace on the Grand Canal, takes its name from the gilding that once covered its lacy marble facade. It houses the Galleria Giorgio Franchetti, built around Mantegna's Saint Sebastian, with bronzes, sculpture, and Venetian painting. A mosaic-paved courtyard opens to the water.
