Hofburg – Imperial Apartments, Sisi Museum & Silver Collection

The Hofburg was the principal winter residence of the Habsburgs and seat of their empire for more than six centuries, a sprawl of wings and courtyards in the heart of Vienna. The visitor route covers the Imperial Apartments of Franz Joseph and Elisabeth, the Silver Collection of the court tableware, and the Sisi Museum devoted to the empress and her myth. The complex still houses the Austrian president's offices.
